Yes, a company name can be changed any time after the incorporation. The same restrictions apply to the changing of a name as to registering a new name, but it is a relatively simple process if you know what to do.
To change a company name you will need to pass a special resolution in a general meeting or a special meeting of all the members. The resolution should clearly state that the company wishes to change its name from e.g. JOE BLOGGS LIMITED to WAZOBIA LIMITED, for example. This needs to be sent to Corporate Affairs Commission for the public record with a cheque.

All Nigerian companies (LTD's & PLC's) and limited liability partnerships (LLP's) are legally required to have a Nigerian registered office. The registered office address is the main point of communication for Corporate Affairs Commission and Federal Inland Revenue Service. These two government bodies will always write to a companies official address.

By filling the appropriate CAC form, this requires your company name in full, your company number, the new address and the signature of a company officer. It is typically signed by a company director or secretary.
